Hello, I’m Coffee-chan aka Feyza, a self-taught freelance artist based in Turkey.
Drawing has always been a passion of mine. However, I didn’t take it seriously until June 2019. After I met the term minimalism, my life changed drastically: the more I declutter, the more I found myself. During that process, I decided to make my childhood dream (becoming a Mangaka) come true.✨🦋

TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL:
Commissions are for your personal use only, which means you can't make a profit using my artwork in any way.
The prices and terms for commercial artworks are different from the ones stated on this page, and can be discussed with the client privately.
I retain the right to publish the artwork on my social platforms and use it in my portfolio. If you don’t want it to be posted, please let me know beforehand.
Clients do not have the right to mint/sell commissioned artwork for NFT or use it for AI art.
Commissions can be reposted with proper credit.
Do not edit or obstruct the signature/watermark from the artwork in any way.
The final product the client receives will be a digital artwork (JPG/PNG file) to be sent via e-mail or via Google drive link. No physical item will be sent.
All terms of service subject to change or adjustments based on discussion between myself and the client.
I reserve the right to decline any commissions if I find it unfitting with my style or cannot fulfill it (see do's & don'ts).
By commissioning me, you agreed to my Terms of Service.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
All payments are in USD and made through buymeacoffee or Vgen (Paypal isn’t available in my country).
I will start working on your commission once full payment has been sent.
Refund is allowed only if I haven’t started on your piece yet or I am unable to complete the artwork, otherwise no refunds will be given.
If a chargeback is filed without reason, you will renounce all the rights to the commissioned artwork and won’t be able to work with me anymore.
COMMISION PROCESS:
Please contact me via my e-mail/socials or fill in Google Form (linked below) to inquire about a commission.
After I receive and accept your commission request , payment shall be discussed.
When the agreed upon payment is received in full, I will begin the working on a sketch.
Once the sketch is complete, it will be sent via email for revision. Minor changes can be made without extra fees.
Once approved, I'll begin working on details.
I will send you updates on each step of progression, and/or upon request.
Two minor change will be permitted without fee, but all further changes, edits and revisions will incur a fee. The amount of which will be at my discretion.
Major revisions (pose change, color change, or any other likewise significant changes) that are requested after the sketch has been approved will not be permitted nor accepted.
The time it takes for me to complete a commission varies between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the type and complexity.
